A Homeowner’s Association represents members of the community directed by a Board of Trustees and is a non-profit corporation governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. As a private Association, we are governed by our own Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Code of Regulations.

The City of Broadview Heights provides safety, street maintenance, snow removal and trash removal services for Country Lakes. Care of the Common Areas is provided by the Association as part of your maintenance fee.
